Our Country Grain Sourdough is a rustic loaf made with organic flour from Central Milling, our natural sourdough starter, sea salt, and a hearty blend of whole grains and seeds. Slow fermentation brings out the nutty, earthy flavors of the grains while giving the bread a chewy, satisfying texture.
